James E. Bickley, President and Managing Member of Gibraltar Wealth Management, LLC, (Gibraltar) brings to the firm over 30 years of experience in the financial services industry. Jim’s career began in 1976 when he joined AMA Advisors, Inc. (formerly PRO Services, Inc.) as a registered representative and retirement planning consultant. In the early 1980s, Jim founded Rutherford Financial Corporation, parent company to Rutherford, Brown & Catherwood, Inc., a securities broker/dealer, and Walnut Asset Management, Inc., a registered investment adviser, where he served as President and Chief Executive Officer until early 1999. Later in 1999, Jim founded Bickley & Associates, Inc., a consulting firm providing guidance to companies in their formative and developmental stages and co-founded Trident Advisors, Inc., a registered investment adviser. Jim served as Chairman of Trident until 2003. There he was responsible for working with a select group of clients and the offering of an embracing level of service that served as the genesis for the formation of Gibraltar. With his extensive experience in serving the needs of investors on multiple levels in the financial community, Jim’s commitment to personalized service to client relationships is paramount to the business platform of Gibraltar Wealth Management, LLC. Jim furthers his involvement in the financial services industry through his affiliation with Cresap, Inc., a broker/dealer registered with the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA). As a result of past management positions, tenure in the industry and direct investment experience Jim holds the securities licenses of General Securities Representative, General Securities Principal, NASAA Uniform Investment Adviser, Financial and Operations Principal, Registered Municipal Securities Principal, and Registered Options Principal. Additionally from 2002 through 2004, Jim served a 3-year term as a member of the Philadelphia District Committee of the National Association of Securities Dealers-NASD (now known as FINRA) enabling him to maintain a current awareness of the regulatory environment within the industry. He continues his involvement with the FINRA as a member of the Consultative Committee.
Jim earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Drexel University in 1977, and received the designation of Certified Public Accountant in Pennsylvania in 1988. He has served on the Boards of Directors of multiple private companies and is active in many community service activities.

G. Stevens Simons brings 40 plus years in the financial services industry as background to his role as a Wealth Management Advisor with Gibraltar Wealth Management, LLC and provides valuable insight and depth to our Gibraltar team of professionals. Steve’s career began in 1965 when he joined Bioren & Company in the area of operations management. In 1970 Steve joined Butcher & Singer as a member of their management team and was promoted to Senior Vice President in 1980 to manage the newly formed Clearing Services Department. Steve formally associated with Jim Bickley in 1984 at Rutherford Financial Corporation, parent company of Rutherford, Brown and Catherwood, Inc. where he became President in 1986. In 1999, Steve joined the investment advisory firm of Trident Advisors, Inc. leading to his formal association with Gibraltar in 2005. As a result of Steve’s experience and past positions, he holds the licenses of General Securities Representative, General Securities Principal and Financial Operation and Options Principal. He also maintains an affiliation as a Registered Representative with Cresap, Inc., a broker/dealer registered with the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA), and has served as a member of the Philadelphia District Committee of the National Association of Securities Dealers (NASD) from 1997 through 2001.
Steve earned an Associate Degree in Applied Science from Community College of Philadelphia and his Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Management and his Masters in Business from LaSalle University. For the past 20 plus years Steve has served on the adjunct faculty of both Community College of Philadelphia and LaSalle University. He also serves as Treasurer of the Community College of Philadelphia Foundation Board.

Donna M. Woytek brings 20 years of financial services experience to Gibraltar Wealth Management, LLC. Most recently, Donna was Vice President of Client Services with the investment advisory firm Trident Advisors, Inc., a registered investment adviser. Prior to that she spent 11 years at Rutherford, Brown & Catherwood, Inc., a securities broker/dealer, working as a sales associate in both the retail and advisory areas. Today, Donna’s focus is on client relationship management as well as directing the administration of the firm's Wealth Management system. She also maintains a relationship with Cresap, Inc., a broker/dealer registered with the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) as a registered representative. Whether reviewing client portfolios, preparing performance analyses and comparisons, attending client meetings or addressing individual client issues, Donna greets each client relationship with the enthusiastic professionalism that provides a reassuring level of comfort to our clients.
Donna attended Florida State University and holds FINRA licenses of General Securities Representative, General Securities Principal, and NASAA Uniform Investment Adviser.
